By accessing or purchasing from Rosé Lux, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Rosé Lux are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect item ordered
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference or dissatisfaction with style, color, or size

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, store credit only will be issued. No monetary refunds will be provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Rosé Lux is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Rosé Lux directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Product Variations

Minor differences in color, texture, hardware, or packaging may occur and do not qualify for store credit or replacement.

Right to Refuse Service

Rosé Lux reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or deny future purchases at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, branding, logos, and written materials are the exclusive property of Rosé Lux and may not be copied or used without written permission.
