All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, if your claim is approved, we will issue full store credit equal to the purchase price. Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Store credit:

• Never expires.
• Is issued for the full value of the approved return.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
